System and Security Administration in EnviroSys
This online unit is designed to give administrators the skills to set up and maintain their environmental data management solution. Develop best practices around system administration, so you ensure the security, useability and health of your system. The unit comprises videos, practice simulations and an online quiz.

Learning Outcomes
1. Recognise the system tasks and responsibilities of an EnviroSys Administrator.
2. Add and edit users and licences to ensure appropriate access and security levels in the system.
3. Add and edit lookup types, lookup codes and code associations to provide users with customised values for selection (via lists) and validation during data input.
4. View and edit other system settings (e.g. System Parameters, Report Parameters, Full Auditing) based on your business requirements
5. Manage the EnviroSys engines to ensure that background processes are performing efficiently.
6. Manage the EnviroSys system consoles to ensure that background tasks are running smoothly.
7. View and interpret logs, system messages, user connections and other settings to investigate issues in EnviroSys.
8. Identify how to troubleshoot typical system and server issues for hosted and on-premise EnviroSys solutions.
