PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA — 11 September 2023 — Global information management software company acQuire Technology Solutions (acQuire), a subsidiary of Vela Software, has completed its acquisition of Spatial Dimension from Trimble.
The addition of Spatial Dimension and its Landfolio solution expands acQuire’s portfolio to address land and lease management applications. Spatial Dimension’s Landfolio software suite is a leading land management solution that automates and integrates all key elements of land administration, from registry and cadastre to natural resource permit and lease management.
Spatial Dimension has over two decades of industry experience in assisting private and public organisations globally manage their land-related business processes, obligations and compliance.
Leveraging Esri’s ArcGIS Enterprise platform, Landfolio enables an enterprise approach to land management that is configurable, scalable and easily localised. It can be integrated into customer workflows, processes and other mission critical systems.
Alison Atkins, acQuire’s CEO, welcomes the addition of Spatial Dimension as part of a broader growth strategy for the company.

Spatial Dimension is a global provider of land management solutions based on their Landfolio software suite.
Founded in 1999 in Cape Town, Spatial Dimension was acquired by Trimble Inc in September 2015. The company now has close to 100 employees located in Australia, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, United Kingdom and the United States.
