Acquire strengthens data foundations with Envirosys and GIM Suite updates ahead of IMARC 2026

PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA – 19 October 2026 – Global software company Acquire Technology Solutions (Acquire) has announced updates to Envirosys and GIM Suite, helping mining companies build stronger foundations for their environmental and geological data.

Envirosys 9.5, released in September, connects environmental and geological data through a new integration with GIM Suite and gives teams clearer oversight of their sampling programs. GIM Suite 5.7, due for release at the end of October, helps teams spot data quality issues earlier and brings quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) workflows into the web environment.

Envirosys and GIM Suite integration

Envirosys 9.5: More connected environmental data and clearer sampling oversight

Envirosys 9.5 gives environmental teams a direct link to geological data, a clear view of sampling progress and better control over system access.

The new integration with GIM Suite syncs drillhole, monitoring and location information directly with environmental data. Environmental and geology teams no longer need to keep duplicate records of the same sites in separate systems or reconcile them by hand.

The new Planned vs Actual Sampling Summary Report compares planned and completed sampling across sites, schedules and programs. Filtering and grouping options show teams exactly where sampling is missing or incomplete, so they can follow up early and prepare for regulatory reporting.

“The Planned vs Actual Sampling Summary Report gives environmental teams the oversight they need to quickly identify gaps, improve compliance outcomes, support regulatory reporting and take action where needed,” said Mark Gomez, Product Owner at Acquire.

New governance and administration features give teams clearer visibility of user access, licensing and administrative activity. A refreshed interface and visual identity bring Envirosys in line with the new Acquire brand.

GIM Suite 5.7: Greater insight into data quality and system adoption

GIM Suite 5.7 gives geoscience teams and system administrators a clearer picture of database health, system use and QAQC.

A new Data Diagnostics Dashboard shows database health in one click. It flags potential issues and their severity, so teams can fix data quality problems before they affect reporting and operations.

Workspace Analytics shows administrators how GIM Suite is used across an organisation. Usage metrics highlight adoption trends and where extra training may be beneficial, giving administrators a clearer basis for managing and governing the system.

GIM Suite 5.7 also brings QAQC workflows into the web environment. Users can run validation and review processes in a browser without a desktop installation, making QAQC easier to access wherever they work.

“GIM Suite 5.7 is focused on helping organisations better understand the health of their geological data and how their teams interact with it, enabling earlier intervention, stronger governance and greater confidence when making decisions,” said Steve Jeffrey, Product Owner at Acquire.

Talk to us at IMARC 2026

Acquire is exhibiting at booth B16 during the International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC) 2026 in Sydney from 27 to 29 October, where attendees can learn more about the latest product updates and speak with the Acquire team about how stronger data can support their organisation’s goals.

Join Andre Oosthuizen, Operations Manager at Acquire, at 2:00pm on Tuesday 27 October, as he presents Single Source of Truth: The Real Foundation for AI in Mining. The session will explore how strong governance, integrated systems and accessible information help mining organisations prepare for the next generation of AI-enabled decision-making.
