- Full payment must be received prior to attending an acQuire hosted event or seminar, otherwise acQuire has the right to cancel your registration.
- The registration fee includes the costs of event materials, catering and refreshments.
- For any acQuire hosted event, requests for substituting one participant for another can be made without incurring any additional fees.
- Cancellations must be made in writing more than 7 days before the event date to receive a full refund.
- No refund is available for cancellation requests made 7 days or less from the start of the event.
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance at the event.
- All material submitted as part of your registration to an acQuire hosted event is kept strictly confidential.
- The contact details supplied as part of your registration will be used to invite you to future acQuire events and send you updates about acQuire’s event program.
- While in attendance at an acQuire hosted event, you may be recorded (including photography, video and audio recordings). These images and recordings may be used in the future to promote an acQuire hosted event.
- Any feedback you provide to acQuire Technology Solutions Ltd in the process of registration, on-site at the event and after the event may be used to further promote acQuire events.
By accessing event-related information, conference participants waive and release acQuire Technology Solutions Ltd and its employees and representatives to the full extent permitted by law from any and all claims relating to the usage of the material made available during the event period.
