• By entering the prize draw you agree to the prize draw terms and conditions.
• The prize draw is being run by acQuire Technology Solutions Pty Ltd (acQuire).
• The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and attending Mining Indaba 2025 from 3-6 February 2025 in person (acQuire staff and immediate family are ineligible to enter).
• LEGO® Technic Mars Crew Exploration Rover (value USD $86). The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
• The competition will close at 2.00pm on Wednesday, 5 February 2025.
• To be eligible to win the draw you must be present at the booth at 3:30pm on Wednesday, 5 February 2025. The winner will be drawn at 3:45pm on Wednesday, 5 February 2025. If you are not present at the booth at the time of the prize draw it will be redrawn.
• The winner will be drawn at random.
• acQuire’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
• In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
• A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
• The prize draw is free to enter.
• To enter the prize draw, scan the QR Code and complete your details. acQuire will not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
• The decision of acQuire regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
• You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by acQuire for the purpose of sending electronic email updates and news about acQuire in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
• acQuire does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that acQuire Technology Solutions does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
• acQuire does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to the warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
• acQuire reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
