Learning Outcomes
1. Navigate the Manager interface of GIM Suite.
2. Recognise the responsibilities of an Access and Database Manager in administering and maintaining GIM Suite.
3. Install and set up the GIM Suite web and mobile component for your organisation, including connecting to a database for the first time.
4. Add and update users and licences to ensure appropriate access and security levels in the system.
5. Recognise the building blocks of tasks in GIM Suite to maintain them for your end users.
6. Set up workspaces for end users, based on your organisation’s business or project requirements.
7. Identify the regular administrator tasks and typical troubleshooting issues related to access and database management.
