Kaseya Systems Management Solution

Our Managed Service is delivered over the satellite link using the Kaseya Systems Management Solution. This enables us to monitor the status of your network and systems and take corrective action before problems manifest themselves. Kaseya enables us to keep all your computers up to date with the latest security patches and updates. Our Managed Service also includes backup of your data.

With your permission, we can take control of equipment in the field to provide context sensitive training and assistance. Kaseya ‘s ticketing system ensures that all your support calls are captured and our responses can be audited.

Geoscientists in the field can get instant support through Kaseya chat, which connects them to a Geological Database Analyst or Technician at our Perth office. (Note: Initially, this service will only be available between 8:30am and 5:00pm Western Australian Standard Time, Monday to Friday).

acQuire’s Geological Data Analysts (GDAs) have industry experience and have undertaken extensive training to receive acQuire accreditation. They have deep expertise in the acQuire technology and, through our Managed Service, are able to provide you with online support.
