acQuire Conference - Over for another year!

The acQuire conference was held this year from 19 to 26 November at the Burswood Convention Centre in Perth, Western Australia.

This year acQuire decided to alter the format to two half day plenary sessions, followed by two afternoons of 1 hour workshops. The remaining days were used for training. The format was very successful and clients enjoyed the interaction they had with the acQuire staff.

The annual conference dinner was a celebration of 10 years of acQuire implementations. The dinner was held in the Summer Marquee on the river foreshore and was a great night of good wine, food and company. Clients and staff alike danced well into the night to the two bands hired to provide the entertainment.

As we have done for many years, acQuire presented the Telethon Institute for Child Health with a cheque totalling the profits made from the conference. acQuire is a huge supporter of the Institute as we all enjoyed the presentation from Dr Anke van Eekelen on her research into teenage brain maturation.

We look forward to another successful conference in 2009!
