  4. The support download login allows access to the support area of the website including the Frequently Asked Question page concerning the recent licence transition. The support download login is available to all site personnel for sites who have purchased acQuire.
  5. Software Download
  6. The software download login allows access to the acQuire software upgrade and support areas of the website. Software download logins are ONLY available for nominated Key Site Technical Contacts.
  7. Note: acQuire is a Client-Server technology and should only be upgraded as part of a managed roll-out. Upgrading individual licences involves the risks of system failure. Sites must upgrade the server database at the same time as the client side products. If acQuire is used in production systems on site, then it is important to liase with the mining department to make sure that the upgrade does not affect these mission-critical systems.
